Workout Week with Richard™ is the new fitness campaign created by personal trainer Richard Callender and devised for everyone. Your workout pass enables you to participate in a series of workouts hosted by Richard (and special guests from time to time) over the space of one week, with no long term commitment and overseen the coach himself.
The aim is to continually push you to train harder, become fitter, give you the opportunity to be trained ‘visually’ by Richard as he motivates and educates you each session and all with no long term commitment. Get involved and use the Workout Week’s as your chance to step up and stand out with old friends and make new ones.
This really is for everyone, all genders, all fitness levels, all ages (16+) and you are supervised at all times by creator, Richard Callender.
Please make sure you are fully aware of the scheduled workout dates & times, ensure you have the Zoom application on your device and turn that week into more than just another week. Sessions will be different during each Workout Week, so make sure you know the session times and check your inboxes for information on what is required for each class.
Workout Week Schedule – Week: March 1st – 7th 2021
CLASS ONE – TUESDAY 7.00PM – The Ladder (Resistance Req)
CLASS TWO – THURSDAY 7.00PM – ARMAGEDDON
CLASS THREE – SATURDAY 10.00AM – 60 Second Shred (Resistance Req)
CLASS FOUR – SUNDAY 10.00AM – Soulful Stretch
+ EXTRA HOME FITNESS WORKOUT TO COMPLETE – VIDEO RELEASED THAT WEEK
Workout session places are strictly limited, available only on the Zoom platform (download the App or visit the website www.zoom.us) and require very little space to complete – making it a perfect training option for home.
Invite your friends, share with your colleagues and come along to be a part of these limited space, epic workouts.
Book fast to avoid disappointment as there is no waiting list. All purchases are final. Places cannot be refunded or exchanged with another participant – you will be responsible for reading, understanding and forwarding all necessary T&Cs/disclaimers if required.

- Health questionnaires & disclaimers must be read & accepted before your class begins.
- All ZOOM videos MUST be set to LIVE throughout sessions to ensure the safety and privacy of all participants. Failure to activate your camera may result in removal from the workout session. Please test your equipment ahead of sessions.
