eTraining

For individuals wanting to personally train regularly, but who cannot due to distance, time or other commitments then eTraining is the next best option because it gives you control over your training schedule, nutritional intake and maximises your home workouts until our face to face sessions.

eTraining is for anybody wanting to change their shape through effective workouts, good eating choices and learning to make positive decisions that affect every part of your life.

By signing up for eTraining you will receive:

  • 8 week eTraining workout programme devised specifically for you and based around the equipment you will have access to throughout the programme lifespan.
  • 4 week programme review at the halfway point
  • Regular email and SMS communication and support
  • Discounted personal training sessions for the duration of your eTraining cycle (8 weeks)
  • Nutritional guidelines that give you control of what you are eating and when
  • Food/activity diary to compliment your workout and nutritional schedule
  • Access to eTraining group training workouts in London with Richard Callender


Before signing up for eTraining you must:

  • Complete and sign a detailed health, history and lifestyle questionnaire
  • Submit a health & wellness disclaimer with GP advice if required
  • Be aware that personal training sessions/group eTraining sessions will occur at our designated venues – these are optional and not compulsory


eTraining spaces are strictly limited and courses run for 8 weeks at a time with cut off dates applied prior to the start of a course – usually 14 days before to allow for safe delivery of course materials by registered post.  

The course fee is £129 and is payable in full prior to the start date via the online booking system. Course fees are non-refundable but are transferrable.
