My belief about fitness and training is that it should be light hearted, creative, intensive and always evolving. Whether you are looking to tone muscle, lose weight or compete in a sport I firmly believe I have the attitude, knowledge and track record to get the results you need.  Behind my grin is a focused individual determined to make a difference to your training.

With extensive knowledge in many exercise techniques & fitness concepts I am able to offer various methods in which to help you achieve your goals and they include, (but are not restricted to):

Sessions are duration flexible: 30min, 60min, 90mins.  Location dependent.

Confidentiality contracts can be arranged and group sessions are possible in most cases.
